She combines these elements with advanced functional medicine diagnostics to identify underlying causes of illness and empower her patients with personalized, preventive, and sustainable healing strategies. Outside of her professional work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, paddleboarding, being outdoors, and practicing yoga. These activities reflect her belief in the essential components of personal well-being: balance, presence, and mindful living.
“By embracing root cause medicine through a whole-person approach, we can support the body in finding balance. True healing begins when we address sleep, stress, nutrition, relationships, movement, and exposures while honoring the mind, body, and spirit as sacred gifts from God. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey to health optimization and resilience.”
