Your First 30 Days

Your one-time enrollment includes a comprehensive 90-minute functional medicine consultation designed to understand your health from the inside out — covering medical history, family history, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, environmental exposures, medications and supplements, previous lab work, and your personal health goals. Rather than focusing on a single diagnosis, we build your unique health timeline — connecting past events, illnesses, symptoms, and life experiences to uncover patterns that explain why your body is functioning the way it is today.

Based on this assessment, we recommend personalized laboratory testing — using insurance for conventional labs when appropriate, and advanced functional testing when clinically indicated. Once results are in, we meet again to review every finding and build a treatment plan designed specifically for your body and your goals.

Ongoing Membership Includes

• Two appointments each month (in person or telemedicine)

• Unlimited secure portal messaging for clinical questions and ongoing guidance

• Personalized treatment plan adjustments between visits as clinically appropriate
